Oak’s Lab opened its doors on the Old Town Square of Prague in 2016, with a vision of helping entrepreneurs transform their ideas into world class digital products and guiding them on their journey from concept to Series A and beyond.  Since then, they’ve grown their team to over 70 people and helped launch more than 31 startup clients with a combined valuation of $700M.  In addition they’ve developed an ecosystem to comprehensively support their startups—including, increasingly, startups in the US. So when founders Theo and Jakub Dluhy-Smith decided to put down roots in the United States, and to expand their support to include venture capital, they turned to Ybarra PLLC for support in navigating US governance and regulatory matters, as well as guidance on strategic partnerships and fundraising.  We are proud to be part of one of Central Europe’s most dynamic set of entrepreneurs, and look forward to playing a key part in their growth in this country…and beyond.
